TERMS & CONDITIONS

OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE FOR THE WORK ARE:

1) Adequate experienced and qualified manpower to undertake the job as per the requirement will be provided by the SDEAS.  SDEAS will maintain adequate strength of workmen to take care of leave, off day/holiday/vacancies in such a manner that there is no shortfall of strength during the deployment at any instant throughout the operation of the contract.

2) The SDEAS shall select suitable manpower as per requirement of job undertaken; the concerned authority of Client Company will be informed about the details of personnel before the commencement of the work under the contract.

3) Exclusively the SDEAS shall provide all safety appliances and uniform to his workmen deployed.

4) In addition to the normal manpower as describe in this term and condition for regular deployment, the SDEAS will provide additional manpower with required skill and experience as and when required by the clients which payment shall be made extra as per the number of workmen engaged, as per the rate provide in the scheduled of rates for each class of manpower, on 8 hours working basis. For additional work utilizing the manpower beyond normal 8 hours working on all working days shall be paid extra on normal working hour’s rate. However for such extra work on declared holidays, the payment shall be on the basis of additional job assignment and payment shall be made as applicable on the dead of “Extra Duty Allowance” .

5) The employee engaged by SDEAS will be medically fit by Industrial standard and must not have any adverse record to their credential to the working interest of the clients.

6) SDEAS will total responsible to handle with PF, ESI, Service Tax officials, Labour officers at its own cost.

7) SDEAS is liable to satisfy all the Govt. statutory like PF,ESI, Leave & Holiday,Bonus, Gratuity, compensate benefit and Insurance (life and health).

Period of Contract

The period of contract is valid for 2 years. On completion of the period this work          order will continue automatically.  How ever  client company reserves the right to cancel the contact for OUT SOURCEING on giving 3 months prior notice to SDEAS, specifying the intention for discontinuance of the contact.

In addition to the above following payments shall be made to the SDEAS by client company.

GOVT.STATUTORY

A) According to PF Act. SDEAS will charge 13.61% of Basic + DA
B) According to ESI Act. SDEAS will charge 4.75% of Gross.
C) According to Leave Act SDEAS is bound to give 18 days holiday in a year to its employees. It is 5.76% of Gross.
D) According to Bonus Act. SDEAS will charge a minimum charge of 8.33% of Gross.
E) Gratuity to the employees @ 15 days salary per year 4.16% of gross will be reimbursed from the client company., as per the provision of payment of gratuity Act
F) Retrenchment compensation in the event of retrenchment of employee @15 days per year will be reimbursed from the client company

BILLING

The SDEAS will submit every month the bill in Triplicate for the work carried out during the month within 2nd day of subsequent month.Bill should be cleared within seven days.

Annual salary increment (compulsory)  and the rate of increment will be decided by both the party on negotiation. If in between the contact Minimum Wage act changes then salary should be as par or above to minimum wage or it will 5% increment on contact valu (whichever is high)

ACCOMMODATION FACILITY will be provided by the MSP. But accommodation should be attached to fire station. It should be a minimum of 6 room, one for safety officer, one for drivers, one for fire men, one for  kitchen and one for office purpose and one for store.

The TV and washing machine will be provided by SDEAS.

PERSONAL SAFETY

Security to our employees is to be provided by client company Inside / outside factory  premises.

INSURANCE FOR WORKMEN:

The SDEAS will cover the risk of his workmen al-inclusive against their health and hazards arising from their work during the contract by availing suitable insurance for the purpose.

EMERGY SUPPORT:

At the time of emergency the security personals of client company will assist with our group. We will give free fire training to the required security personals as and when required.`
