Payment to persons below shift in charge (excluding casuals labors ) shall be made by M/s SDEAS .The client company shall bear the cost of such payments on lump sum basis as per the mutually agreed rate as shall be finalized between M/s SDEAS & the client company. |

Expenses towards conducting written test, skill test, interview & advertisement on behalf of your company shall be to our account for all position. However hotel and both way travelling expenses of the candidates called for interview for post from VP up to shift in charge will be borne by the client company. |

| Preventive Maintenance | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
A group of manpower in addition to the above at (a) as described below with desired basic qualification and experience is to be deployed by the SDEAS during General shift hours of the plant for preventive maintenance work under the guidance and direction of supervisors/ Managers of client company. The SDEAS shall be required to keep the provision of manpower accordingly to see that the leave/ off/ holidays are taken care of without hindrance to maintain the workmen strength on any occasion during the operation of the contract. The following deployment normally in G-Shift is to be made for the above scope of work, which shall be available throughout the year. |

| IBR Repair works as & when required | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
A group of manpower including Fitter, Cutter, Grinder, IBR Welder, Riggers, Electricians, Electrician cum cable jointer (Panel wiring, cable laying power/control cable jointing), Instrument Technician & helpers along with required Tools n tackles are to be mobilized on a short notice from the Client Company to attend emergency tube failures up to successful hydraulic testing. Spares & Consumables shall be arranged by client company. |

A group of manpower including Fitter, Cutter, Grinder, Welder, riggers & helpers along with required tools n tackles are to be mobilized on a short notice from Client Company to attend emergency break down work up to successful completion and trial/testing. | MAINTENANCE | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
A group of manpower in addition to the above at (a) as described below with desired basic qualifications and experience is to be deployed by the SDEAS during General shift hours of the plant for maintenance work under the guidance and direction of supervisors / managers of the client company. The SDEAS is required to ensure that these persons deployed for maintenance work shall also be required to attend breakdown on call beyond their normal working hours at a short notice of ½ hours, which should be attended on a fail proof basis. The SDEAS shall be required to keep the provision on manpower accordingly to see that the leave / off days / holidays are taken care of without hindrance by maintaining the workmen strength on any occasion during the operation of the contract. |

The manpower provided in the shift are to support operational requirement of the plant as per the directive and guidance of the supervisors/ operations / managers of the client company. They are required to operate the equipment, attend to maintenance needs as shall arise during operation trouble free and continuous with proper house keeping as per the standards norms of the client company. All of the above , before requiting, the client company has the right to verify the technical quality according to the experience of the person engaged by SDEAS. Before requiting SDEAS will submit the bio-data of the personal ,going to be interviewed. The final selection will be made by after the clearance by client company. |

GOVT.STATUTORY |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
A) According to PF Act. SDEAS will charge 13.61% of (Basic + DA). B) According to ESI Act. SDEAS will charge 4.75% . C) According to Leave Act. SDEAS is bound to give 18 days holiday in a year to his employees. It is 5.76% of Gross will be charged . D) According to Bonus Act. SDEAS will charge a minimum charge of 8.33% of Gross. E) Gratuity to the employees @ 15 days salary per year 4.16% of gross will be reimbursed to SDEAS, as per the provision of payment of gratuity Act. F) Retrenchment compensation in the event of retrenchment of employee @15 days per year will be reimbursed to the SDEAS. |
