After gaining a high experience in manpower outsourcing management system, we have started our fire service department in association with a group of fire professional in the year of 2010. With a mission to provide high standard fire protection service with high trained people to the industries. Staff " FIRE & SAFETY" Training

Staff fire safety training should be well within the scope of the management o f a small business. It can be carried out in house or by a reputable company or a small number of employees trained, by external organizations, and they in turn would train the rest of the work force.

It is the responsibility of employers to ensure that their staff is adequately trained on what to do in the event of fire. Training should be given upon induction and preferably a second time within the first month of employment.  Refresher training should be give at least once a year.

Training should be undertaken by a competent person and a record kept in some form of log book. We are providing this type of training program for the staffs or peripheral youths under the peripheral development activity in association with SDEAS welfare Society (N.G.O.).

The three main areas to concentrate the instruction on are:

The fire Action Plan, which forms part of your fire risk assessment, is the principle document and should be fully understood by all your employees, information on the Fire Emergency Evacuation Plan.

The elements of combustion and a basic understanding on the theory of fire. Information on the Fire Triangle

The types of fires, types of extinguishing agents, identification of fire extinguishers, use of extinguishers, use of hose reels, and the appropriate extinguisher for each type of fire. Provide practical training in the use of fire extinguishers information on Portable Fire Extinguishers

Responsibility of fire Team and Fire Officer

  Maintaining fire activities of operation in entire plant site.
  Provision of fire investigation
  Inspection and creaking of fire fighting extinguisher and hydrants.
  Maintain fire fighting equipments regularly to upkeep.
  Basic firefighting training to security guards and employees worked in plant site. Free of cost
  Time to time mock drill (Demo operation) to be done for the employees for escape at time of emergency
  Fire tender will be started for three minutes for every day to keep the battery fit for emergency
  FIRE TENDER will be road trail weekly once per 8 Km to keep the tire pressure unto mark and upkeep the equipments and operations foam and pump site.
  Regular drill will be conducted to the fire team to keep smart and active

Training & Education for Emergency Support.

We are associated with msp for job contact of fire service on nov 2010 empowered with our well experienced fire protection team. As per our experience and quality service we glad to say that our performance is very satisfactory which has also been highly appreciated by the management of the msp group. Always we assure our best services to our clients not only inward but also in work we have proved it at MSP. The timely and effective work of our fire service makes us happy that we have saved MSP from a number of great fire hazards and a valuable protection to man machine and equipments.

Spontaneous coal fire is a common practice in huge coal stacks due to presence of moisture inside the stack. This latent burning engulf the entire coal stack automatically as  a result of which industry suffers a lot in MSP we are gating this type of latent coal burning regularly but active action of our fire service does not allow the fire to proceed saving the laks of rupees from coal loss.

Another common practice is the conveyor belt catches fire due to bearing friction. The activeness of fire team saves a lot from these types of damages at MSP.

There was a fire near bhudipadar village nearby to MSP. Due to timely action of our fire team fire could not spread to nearby houses result to which the entire village is saved from fire. This is a great achievement and social work for msp the industry which cares for its peripheral development activity.

We dare to say that now MSP is protected from any type of fire hazards and we are ready to face it. Due to timely attendance of fire service there is no production loss due to fire till date
